Industry bodies combine resources to conduct roadshow on the National Construction Code

04 Mar 2019

Following a most constructive meeting held at the offices of Lighting Council Australia (LCA) in Melbourne in early February, the IES (Illuminating Engineers Society) and the IALD (the International Association of Lighting Designers) have combined forces with LCA to hold a series of workshops. These workshops will be held in the major eastern capitals to educate members and allied interests on the new provisions in the National Construction Code.

Planned for April 9 (Melbourne) April 10 (Sydney) and April 11 (Brisbane), the seminars will include presentations from the three organisations and other entities who have expertise in this area. A modest registration fee will apply to cover catering and beverage costs. The seminars are planned to commence at 5.00 pm and should conclude by 7.30 pm.

Designers, lighting council members, electrical contractors and specifiers are all welcome to register and attend using this link. For further information please contact Timocles Copland or David Crossley.
