6 CPD pts for IESANZ members at the upcoming Light·Space·Design Summit

04 Mar 2019

Your last chance to catch some of the brightest minds in the lighting design sector at the first-ever Light·Space·Design summit is fast approaching.

The summit is bringing together over 20 key industry players to form a distinctly Australian dialogue on maximising light to transform the built environment. Leading designers incl. Steve Brown, Adele Locke, Martin Klaasen, Michael Grubb, Florence Lam, Simon McCartney, Donn Salisbury and Bruce Ramus will take the stage to provide insights on achieving quality lighting against a backdrop of current philosophies, trends and challenges, including:

  • The Challenges and Opportunities of Contemporary Façade Lighting

  • Lighting Technical Areas within Healthcare Facilities

  • The Future of Retail Lighting

  • The Role of the Manufacturer within the Design Process

  • Effective Collaboration Between Design Professionals

  • New Parameters of Human-Centric Lighting

Attendance will grant all IESANZ members up to 6 CPD points.

One of the greatest joys of working in the field of lighting design is that we are always learning, from each other and from our projects and clients.  Attending this summit is a great opportunity to hear experts from all over the world tell us how they see light, how they interact with light and how they use light to transform the world around them.  I am looking forward to hearing everyone share their experiences, and enjoying a valuable source of learning, collegiate discussion and inspiration. - Adele Locke, Mint Lighting - Director.
